The Navtech 3 is powered by a 21.9V lithium-ion battery — a significant upgrade from the lead-acid batteries found in entry-level seascooters. Li-ion technology means faster charging (2.5–3.5 hours), longer cycle life, and the convenience of a fully removable battery system. Carry a spare battery and you can dive back-to-back without downtime.
The Navtech 3 features a 2-speed rotational gear system, allowing you to choose between a gentle cruise for photography and coral observation or full throttle for covering distance. With a top speed of 3.1 mph (5 km/h) and depth rating to 30 metres, the Navtech 3 is built for recreational and PADI Open Water depth ranges. Two speed modes give you the control to match your dive style.
The Navtech 3 is designed with three layers of rubberised O-ring seals that create air-tight compartments around critical components. An internal water sensor provides an additional layer of safety — if water is detected, the motor shuts down immediately to prevent damage.
